AD DIMENSIONS & RATES - I wish to reserve the following:

	Full Page 7" x 9 1/4" $2,000
	Half Page Vertical 3 7/16" x 9 1/4" $1,000
	Half Page Horizontal 7" x 4 9/16" $1,000
	Quarter Page 3 7/16" x 4 9/16" $500

Payment due by April 1, 2009

Deadline for program advertising: March 27, 2009

Ads must fit the above listed dimensions and be press-ready. Artwork should be submitted via e-mail or CD. Formats for submitting artwork are camera-ready PDF, EPS, or TIFF (must be minimum of 300 dpi) black and white only, and with fonts embedded. Any alterations to the submitted files will be subject to a $100 per hour design fee.
