Master Course Syllabus Template
The college has prepared the materials which provide additional information concerning the structure, committee procedures and guidelines of the curriculum committee.
The Structure and Procedures give details on the structure of the committee and the procedures that are followed by the curriculum committee.
The Guidelines provide deadlines, how to prepare a MCS and other materials need when submitting items to the college committee.
Posted below are various forms and guidelines for the preparation of items for curricular review. The contact person for curriculum in the Dean's Office is Al Wildey . Please contact him if you have any questions.
- New Academic Program Request Form (Approved 5-5-09) - use this form to request a new academic program
- New Course Request Form (updated 4/27/07) - use this form to request a new course
- Master Course Syllabus - use this form to prepare a new course syllabus
- New Curricular Change Request Form (Approved 5/5/09)- use this for to change academic programs or course information.
- University Program Course Request Form - use this form to request that a course be added to the University Program. (***Please note new UP Course Request Form approved on 9/24/04)
